This agreement is a legal contract between you and Meihua VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or associated trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions or fees and will provide appropriate notice. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may weaken system protection and cause app errors or security risks.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you are also bound by the respective terms of those third-party services.

Service functions depend on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible if access fails due to unpaid device service, data limits, poor signal, or carrier restrictions. Mobile data fees may apply outside Wi-Fi. If you use roaming outside your country of origin without a suitable data plan, the resulting charges are your responsibility. Confirm that you have permission from the bill payer before using the App.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the Service due to a depleted battery is not covered by compensation. Although we strive to provide accurate routing and service information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from such data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version where necessary. The Service Provider may terminate service within the scope permitted by law; after termination, your license ends and you must stop using and delete the App.
